1. Can I cancel my order?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and no cancellation or refund request will be entertained in normal circumstances.


2. Is there any situation where a refund is allowed?

Refunds are allowed only under the following exceptional conditions:

If access to recorded classes cannot be provided due to a technical issue from our side despite complete support and troubleshooting 100% Refund
If the incorrect course/product is delivered 100% Refund
If the product delivered is physically damaged, unusable, or printed incorrectly making reading/studying impossible Replacement will be provided for the Books. Applicable Shipping charges might have to be borne by the customer.

Replacement/Refund will only be issued after verification and return of the damaged/incorrect product.


3. Will I receive a refund if I want to cancel due to personal reasons or a change of mind?

No. Refunds will NOT be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or interest

  • Purchased course by mistake

  • Laptop not meeting required specifications

  • Connectivity or internet issues

  • Completed or partially used course

  • Disagreement with teaching style or content


4. What are the rules for Replacement?

Replacement is allowed only in the following cases and within 5 days of delivery:

  • Received product is damaged or unusable

  • Printing issue makes material unreadable

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Software does not function even after complete remote support

Replacement will be issued only for the same item purchased, not for another course or product.


5. Who bears the return shipping charges?

If the return is due to damage, incorrect product, or system failure from our side –
We bear the shipping cost

If the return is requested for any customer-side reason, it will be ensured that the reason stated is genuine and not malicious.

6. What is your policy for digital software and classes?

  • Full technical help will be provided to ensure proper functioning.

  • Any issue will be resolved remotely by expert support.

  • Refunds are issued only if access to classes cannot be provided at all, even after complete support.


7. What is the shipping time and courier process?

  • Orders are shipped within 5 working days

  • Delivery time:

    • India: 7 working days

    • International: 14 working days(However, for reasons beyond our control, it might take longer)

  • Delivered via reputed courier services; tracking details will be provided by email.


8. What is your packaging process?

All study materials are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
